Question:
I regularly color my hair to cover up the gray. What is the latest I can color my hair before my hair transplant and how soon after the procedure can I color my hair?
Answer:
I generally recommend that my patients who regularly dye their hair to dye it approximately one week prior to the surgery and they must wait for at least four to five weeks following the procedure before they can dye it again.
