I went to Dr. Charles after having a previous poor experience at another clinic. I got 1800 grafts FUE. The virutal consultation I did with Dr. Charles put me at ease as it was quite apparent he knew what he was talking about. I was still pretty nervous before the procedure but Dr. Charles and his staff were amazing, it was a night and day difference. They were all super nice and knowledgeable and made the process really easy. They definitely care about their patients and Dr. Charles even called later the night after the procedure to check in and make sure everything was going well.
