I had the FUE procedure done, and aside from the temporary discomfort from when the anesthetic was being applied (which was to be expected), I felt no pain during any part of my surgical procedure. Furthermore, during and after my procedure, Dr. Charles and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

During my consult, I was informed that my area of concern was less than typical (given the small area that I wanted treated). However, Dr. Charles still handled my concerns with the same respect and professionalism, that I can assume he gives to his more lucrative clients. I appreciated that.
