I did a ton of research and took my time before I decided to have a hair transplant. With the cost factor, and the really unknown potential results it was not a hasty decision. After much research on various discussion boards and review sites I decided to have the procedure with Dr. Charles and his team. He has a stellar reputation, and after talking with others who have had their procedure with him, as well as the fact that his team has been with him for many years (some 20 plus) I felt I was making the right move. Some 7 months later, I’m very glad I did. I had the FUE procedure which was painless, recovery was a cinch and the staff was there to answer any questions. Being a local they let you come use the hair laser 3x week, which I have been taking full advantage of. The process requires an extensive amount of patience as you really don’t see results come to fruition for a year. But, 7 months in now, I certainly see hair growing as do those closest to me. So far, I’m very happy! They do also have the new TED system which is supposed to also help existing growth. I’ve done it three times and have noticed more growth in the crown area. I’m taking all the measure I can to help slow down these genes of mine. More patience and more time will certainly tell.
