My visit to Charles Medical Group was fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had been looking to find a good place to have my hair procedure done and Dr. Charles was highly recommended by my friend who had a similar procedure. Even though I live in Jacksonville, I wanted the best Doctor do do the procedure so I decided to drive to Charles Medical Group.

The procedure went as smooth as could be. The first few minutes when the anesthesia was applied was slightly uncomfortable and “interesting” as I said at the time but it subsides very quickly. The staff was great throughout the entire procedure. They were very gregarious and cordial and the time went by so quickly! The minutes following the procedure were the most uncomfortable but after taking some tylenol the pain alleviated . I was able to sleep with ease that night and able to drive back the following day with no pain. I rate my experience an A+++
