First I want to apologize to the staff because it took so long to give my review. Patrica you are the absolutely the best and one of the primary reasons I decided to trust this office with my procedure. The reassurance, follow-up and overall care displayed was unmatched.

I want to say thank you Dr. Charles for making the wise choice of hiring the best technical staff I have ever encountered. I mean the way they worked together to make my procedure successful should be studied. The chemistry in that office, chef’s kiss. I am three months post-op and I have healed nicely my follicles are sprouting. I am very please with my progress dust far. I will be sure to post an update on my second quarter of growth.
