This practice, his staff and medical technicians are beyond excellent. I had my first procedure with them 7 years ago and when it came time for a second they were my unqualified first choice (checked out other providers, but they didn’t hold a candle to Dr. Charles). Every aspect of the procedure, the consultation, working with his front office and patient coordinator, Patricia, and his amazing medical team (they’re the same people who I originally worked with and are still there, which tells you all you need to know about their solidarity, teamwork, and professionalism) never make a false step. The procedure itself was all but painless and the recovery and aftercare support are amazing. And as other people have commented, as good as it was before, it was quicker, less painful, and more efficient this time
